Who we are

Learning Gaps is a youth-focused platform dedicated to bridging the disconnect between formal education and real-world readiness.

We support young people at critical transition points to gain clarity, confidence, and practical direction for their next steps in life.

In today’s fast-changing world, academic achievement alone is not enough. Many young people complete school or university without clear direction, relevant skills, or exposure to opportunities that match their potential.

We exist to change that by helping them make informed, intentional transitions into university, work, or entrepreneurship.

What we do

We design structured, practical programs that bridge the gap between learning and life after school. Our flagship initiative, Next Move: Youth Sprint – University 101, supports recent graduates and youth in transition to:

Gain career and academic clarity
Build practical life and employability skills
Strengthen digital and financial literacy
Develop personal direction and confidence
Transition effectively into university, work, or entrepreneurship

Through guided sessions, mentorship, and real-world tools, we help young people move from confusion to clarity and from potential to action.
