Dr. Kimencu, is a lecturer in the School of Business, Kenyatta University. She received her doctorate in Higher Education Administration from West Virginia University in the United States. She has an MA in Business Administration (Marketing Option) from University of Nairobi, Kenya and BA in Business Administration from Kenya Methodist University.
Linda has extensive knowledge on the Kenyan education system and understands the career options available in the universities. Dr. Linda is involved in curriculum development and training from the basic education to higher education level.
She is passionate about improving the quality of Education in Kenya with interests in career guidance and advisory, improvement of assessment techniques through technology, higher education administration, and entrepreneurial education.
Dr. Jane Irungu
Dr. Irungu is the Executive Director of the Southwest Center for Human Relations Studies at the University of Oklahoma in Norman Oklahoma, USA. She received her doctorate in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies (Higher Education Administration Concentration with minors in African Studies and Women & Gender Studies) from the University of Kansas in the USA. Her MS. in Higher Education Administration is from the same university. She has a B.Ed from Kenyatta University.
Dr.Irungu has worked in the US higher education sector for more than 20 years in both instructional and administrative positions. Before migrating to the US, she worked in Kenyan high schools as a Kiswahili, CRE and Social Studies teacher, as well as serving as deputy and eventually principal.
She is well versed in curriculum design and development, international programs, study abroad, student success initiatives as well as programs that promote international cooperation, intercultural diversity and cross-cultural
communication in education and in the workplace.
She believes in education as a trans-formative tool for individuals, communities and nations.
Dr. Mwilaria is a Lecturer from the School of Economics, Kenyatta University. He previously, worked at Dickinson College in Pennsylvania, USA. He received his doctorate in Economics at West Virginia University, USA. He also received a Master of Arts in Economics and a Master of Science in Resource Economics from the same university. Dr. Mwilaria Bachelor’s degree is in Agricultural Engineering from Egerton University.
Dr. Mwilaria has extensive professional experience in the areas of Economics theory, International Economics, Public Finance, and Labor Economics.
He has vast knowledge and experience about the local and international public policy.
